By using the VividOasis Atelier website, you agree to these terms and applicable law. You must provide accurate information when contacting us and must have authority to use any payment method used for a purchase.

Learning content

Classes, descriptions, module names, prices, and availability are presented for educational planning. Digital materials are licensed for personal, non-transferable use and may not be copied, resold, publicly redistributed, or used to train another commercial service without written permission.

Orders and demonstrations

The cart is a front-end demonstration until a supported server checkout is introduced. A displayed total is not proof that payment occurred. We may correct clear pricing or description errors and will communicate material changes when appropriate.

Respectful conduct

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or misuse studio communications. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users and the service.

Creative responsibility

Clay work involves tools, dust, heat, and equipment. Follow manufacturer guidance, local studio rules, ventilation requirements, and safe handling practices. VividOasis Atelier does not guarantee a particular artistic result.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but online access may be interrupted for maintenance or events beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, VividOasis Atelier is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or educational content.
